Teresa’s place was absolutely incredible. Me and my friends had a blast, very nice and relaxing and the place was in fantastic condition. Teresa was very friendly and helped us out with anything we needed

Where to begin...It's taken me a week to write a review as I had to make sure I did not write a review with a disappointed mindset. Teresa was friendly and friendly, she was great and seemed so proud of the place, it was clean and she was helpful in getting the children flip flops and bathrobes so they could jump into the hottub. What she didn't communicate however was that we were able to use the hottub until the booking later that night, she instead told us that she had bookings for it from 6-9pm. My girfriend and her sister assumed they would get to use it at 9pm, but when we rang her, she ACCUSED our kids on tampering accidentally or purposely with the buttons on the hottub which turned the temperature down. we were livid with this as the kids were never left alone, they only person to touch the buttons was Teresa herself. This meant that the booking for the hottub was pushed to 11pm but had to wait half an hour after calling Teresa for an explanation who was intoxicated.

Teresa was there to greet and talk us through everything, ensuring we had everything we needed. Teresa had the additional made already for us. a Great host and we will be back!
