First off- Pictures didn’t do the place justice! It was perfect for our family, who loved the game room and outdoor set up. We stayed in one night to make dinner, everything was easy to use. We enjoyed having our coffee outside. We have a walking (running) baby, and having a master bedroom on the first floor was great!

Quiet, nicely appointed house in a convenient location on the border between Newport and Middletown RI. Large open kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, with a bunk room well suited for young people. We were in town to sail so did not have a time to try out the fire pit, grill, or game room, but did enjoy relaxing on the deck. Plenty of parking. Easy access to Newport downtown and beaches by car and close enough to bike, which could be helpful on summer weekends. This house fulfilled the needs of 10 adults.

A large group of us had a fishing trip leaving from Newport. This was the perfect location only being a short ride. The house was excellent, very accommodating and spacious. Highly recommend Douglas and his house. Thank you again for everything!
