We enjoyed our visit very much. The house was stunningly clean and comfortable. Fresh paint, new carpet. Everything was thought-out and kitchen easy to use. Everything worked as expected and well. We loved the view of the harbor from the many windows downstairs. The house is on a rise with the water down below. When we were there in April there is a working jetty to the right on the shore that includes some dump truck and backhoe activity. It was very rarely loud, and I found it quite interesting to watch them. We loved the many birds, blackbirds, robins, cardinals, Canada Geese and white swans and more. When I needed binoculars...there they were for me! The owners thoughtfully provided eclipse glasses also. We didn't get to use the well-appointed garage game room as too cold but this would be a great room in the summer with cross breezes and screens. We would certainly stay here again!

The hosts were so accommodating and helpful with constant reminders to ask if we needed anything. The home was comfortable and spacious enough for my family of 5 (with 3 kids) and my mom who stayed with us. It had enough comfortable space for when I had my friend's, my brother's, and my sister's family visit with us and have dinner. It was great being right on the lake, having a playground within walking distance, a 15 minute walk to the public beach, and a shorter walk to downtown. It made my visit "back home" to upstate NY wonderful.

What a beautiful cottage, the location is superb. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and events with ease. Watching the Bald Eagles and Osprey fishing on the Bay was amazing!

We so enjoyed our stay here over Memorial day weekend - the house is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a greeat time in Sodus point. A short walk into town to enjoy dinner out, or grilling on the deck with a wonderful view. The beds were all comfortable, (even the pullout with the privacy curtain). Thank you Sharon for being so responsive and a wonderful host.
