Great location and communication with the cohosts. The apartment is clean and comfortable, specially as a place to crash. Cooking utensils were scarce and the wifi went down a couple of times during my stay - so longer term or working trip is more challenging. There is a very strict house manual that made me feel a bit restricted and they charged me to check in a couple of hours early even when the place was already vacant and clean - felt less hospitable than most other airbnb experiences in that regard. Overall straightforward, affordable apartment in a convenient location.

Simple, easy, clean, exactly what it looks like in the photos. It’s part of a larger apartment complex and can be difficult for delivery drivers or ride share to find you, otherwise a great stay.

Great location for your visit to Austin. The South Lamar neighborhood, where this is located, has plenty of great food and drinks in the vicinity and is a short drive away from downtown and nice outdoor activities such as botanical gardens and walks/hikes. The unit itself is in a fairly large apartment complex, but by following provided instructions and GPS it’s fairly easy to find, and there was always plenty of parking available. Neighbors were polite and respectful. One thing to note was that the mattress and pillows were very firm. If you’re used to firm bedding, you may not notice, but for my wife and I it was a significant departure from our usual fairly soft/“fluffy” pillows and memory foam mattress which took a few nights to get used to. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location for a relatively affordable and conveniently located stay.
