James was an awesome host and the place we stayed at was amazing. I would highly recommend booking with James and staying at his place in Cerritos. The view of the ocean was amazing and it you like the sound of waves crashing you will fall in love! We will be back for sure!

the condo was exactly as we expected when we arrived. the location is amazing, right on the beach and very private. the pool was so quiet, as was the restaurant and gym. food and drinks at restaurant were always great. the minute we landed in Cabo we had a text from our host letting us know she'd be out contact during our stay and she was very responsive and helpful. the dryer broke while we were there and she immediately took action to get it fixed during our stay. the location was fabulous, 10 minute walk down the beach to cantinas, surf lessons, horseback riding, etc. we had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at James' place. We loved watching the whales dance every night right in front. The condo is 5 minute walk to the main surf spot.

From check-in to check-out it was easy and communication was great! The condo is just beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. We loved the incredible view and the easy walk up the beach to swimming and restaurants. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! 5 stars all around!
