The house was very big. Three levels with stairs connecting. Air conditioning was good. We all wished the biggest kitchen was downstairs on the pool/patio area. Our group of 9 really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The barbecue facilities were great. The house was situated in a nice quiet area and security was good. There was not enough room in the downstairs kitchen area to prepare food as the washing machine was there as well. There were no tea towels available that we could see. Actually the washing machine should have been placed in a different part of the house. These are only minor things that I have mentioned. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Margarita was a great host. While there, there was a wildfire nearby. We received alerts to evacuate, however, with Margaritas communication with local institutions , we were reassured about the spread of the fire , and ended up safely staying indoors while it was smoggy outside. Margarita offered alternative accomodation free of charge if we chose to leave, which shows how understanding she is. The accomodation and pool was cleaned immediately , leaving us very happy we can yse all the fascilities with minimum delay. The place is close to multiple lovely beaches and bars. We chose to rent cars in oder to reach Athens easily - this would be advisable, however there are beaches you can reach on foot. All of us came back home tired - but this was in part due to the fact the the pool was so nice we spent late nights chilling there , leaving little time for sleep. One but of feedback we passed on to Margarita - the villa looks miles better in the sun! Needs new photos !!! Thanks

What a fabulous stay! I chose this house based on the 5 of us traveling together and sharing the cost of the rental while visiting Greece for my 30th birthday. Margarita was an excellent host and extremely communicative about everything that we might need to bring or want to have with us. The location was about 45-50 min driving south of Athens city center. I would HIGHLY recommend you rent a car, as their are not frequent taxis (through Beat or Uber) available when you need them, OR use a car service to arrange your transport to and fro different locations. Then house itself is WONDERFUL. We rented the entire place and it was fantastic. The outdoor kitchen by the pool was excellent for our lazy afternoons, while we utilized the main kitchen for our family style meals. The basement included a pool table and plenty of card games to enjoy late into the mornings. Margarita also had plenty of towels and bath supplies at the ready for us to use. She even included some cleaning products so we didn’t have to buy them from the store as we stayed for almost a full week. The neighborhood is lovely and pretty quiet, but perfect to walk to the beach (about 5-10 min) or a quick 3 min drive across the road, if you’re bringing loads of items with you. I am so pleased to have stayed here and experienced Greece for this trip. I will surely try to stay again on my next adventure back to visit other cities and islands that Greece has to offer. As a final plug, if you’re coming with a group I highly recommend you check out Mithos Tavern, just down the road. The place has amazing food, good vibes, and loads of tables for groups to sit together. We vistes twice during our stay and it was excellent. Thanks again and look forward to staying again soon. :)
