we stayed for 3 months. I traveled to work and this place was wonderful. the community is great quite and peaceful. this is a great stay for a vacation or long term. it's within walking distance to a beautiful beach, fun night life. yet far enough away to be peaceful. the community pool is clean and warm. there are tennis courts for you to use. the home was wonderfu. Lisa was great from the start she got me in earlie and was available at any time when needed. the home came with everything you would need to make a full meal for your family. the bed is a true king and the second room bedroom is set up beautifully as well. it comes with 2 full bathrooms. The hole home is well taken care of and clean. Lisa even left the place with beach supplies in case you are missing anything or want a quick trip to the beach. I would definitely stay again when coming back to town. thank you so much for everything it was wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Lisa's space. The coziness, the cleanliness, the well decorated space, and the morning walks to coffee and the beach. Lisa has thought of everything when it comes to this space. If you are looking for a cute getaway with your friends or a getaway with your small kids, this location and coziness is the perfect spot. My favorite thing was to head down the beach around 7pm and watch the sunset. But the most enjoyable thing of all was booking with Lisa. Lisa is so thoughtful, easy to work with, and she even helped me with something in my career! If you are thinking about staying! I HIGHLY suggest extending how long your because you're going to want to stay forever!! The most grateful to have stayed here. Grab your friends, or your family, and BOOK NOW!!!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Lisa's! The location was amazing. You can bike or walk to the beach, restaurants, a water park, etc. Seriously, the location can't be beat. My family loved the condo so much. The layout is great for families because you don't feel like you're on top of each other. We also enjoyed the pool and different amenities the club has to offer. Finally, it needs to be said that Lisa is a FANTASTIC host. We had a small problem with the a/c when we arrived and I had to message her about it. It was so late (around 11 p.m.) and she responded within minutes and stayed on the phone with me to try and troubleshoot the problem. When we couldn't figure it out, she had a repairman there the next morning. She was truly wonderful to work with. We would absolutely rent from her again!!!

This was a beautiful and cozy little place! Lisa was always such a help if I needed anything and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. I loved walking to the boats and watching the sunset.

This unit was everything the listing stated. Close to the beach and very clean! Lisa was very helpful with recommendations when needed. Very lucky to have found this gem in Indian Rocks Beach.
