The place was clean and cozy with a beautiful view. The train was louder than expected, shaking the whole house, and came through as late as 10:30pm. But even then I would have still given 5 stars if not for the neighbors dogs barking constantly into the late night, both nights we stayed. We would start to fall asleep only to be startled awake. So we did not sleep well during our stay.

Amazing stay ! If you like to fish or love peace and quiet you will love this place . They have multiple kayaks for friends or family to get out on the water , house was spotless and beds are comfy , would definitely stay again

Our family had a great week at Frederic’s place. Being on the water was awesome for our kids and we hung out on the pier most evenings fishing or kayaking. The kids used the bikes as well and played ping pong and darts. The house was clean and had plenty of space for the six of us. One thing that stood out to me about Frederic as a host was how fast his response time was and how accommodating he was for an issue we had at check in. He for sure went above and beyond as a host to make sure we had what we needed.

House was well kept, in a convenient location for what we needed and I wish we had used more of the amenities - dock, boats, deck. Even enjoyed watching trains! Frederic was easy to contact and open to working with us (check-in). Very satisfied.
