ere’s a list of problems with the condo • No paper towels • No salt /pepper • Door to laundry area broken, gets stuck • Pillow still has stain mentioned in a review • Stove hood light didn’t work • No towel rod in master bath • The floor was very dirty. • You were less than transparent about the active repairs. A female security guard was rude and unkind when she yelled at our 7-year-old grandson to get off the pool rope. He’s not the best swimmer. He was upset by her demand and struggled to get to shallow water. She could have handled that situation much better. Mom slipped on a slimy first step of pool and may have a broken rib. Two other women we know of fell on the same slippery step. She was not asked to fill out an incident report. She continues to have rib pain. So many rules of the rules are simply common sense. The militaristic way that you remind (almost harangue) with bold, highlighted and RED was unnecessary. A more welcoming spirit would be appreciated.
