This place was awesome! I had the pleasure of staying for a couple months and it was a perfect space for a working professional. Private entrance was great, awesome neighborhood, close to parks and downtown Richland, Joseph was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Great space, has everything you'll need appliance and amenity wise. Host is nice, responsive, helpful, and accomodating.

I stayed here for multiple months and had no issues with this place. Any questions that came up would be responded to promptly. Anything that could affect me was communicated to me ahead of time. Kitchen was clean and had all the utensils and dishes you would need. Bedroom was quiet and comfortable with plenty of closet space. Plenty of hot water for showers. Washer and dryer were fully functional. Strong Wi-Fi signal with good internet speed. Next time I’m in the area again I would definitely try staying here again.
