Rivan and Zoe were very responsive and their communication. A couple glitches addressed without hesitation and in a friendly way. Close to what we wanted to do in Houston and comfortable.

great private space in a quite and easy to access neighborhood. kitchen and bathroom were clean and AC was nice and cool. but our bedding was not clean and had sweat stains and we didn't have towels and needed to get our own, Rivan helped in fixings these issues and won't be using the cleaning service but you should check every sheet to make sure its clean and maybe antibacterial wipes for the shower floor if you find that the bed was not clean, can never be to safe when it was left for us like that. the place is advertised to have free Netflix but for whatever reason it would not work, also the TV was so slow to the point that we couldn't even use it. the place is also advertised as having free WiFi but the single to it is very weak that even the TV could barley stay connected. overall we had a lot of inconvenients but still enjoyed our stay. it is a great place for the price especially considering hotel rooms of the same cost all looked to be worse.
