The house had an excellent layout; but we had problems that shouldn’t of happened when you pay this much per night. I found out upon arrival, this host is not an individual but rather a company of homes. This most likely was the reason for the issues. Of our 16 guest, 14 had cold showers every time (upper floors). The wifi came and went on the main floor, with nothing on upper two or outside. The ice maker and the keroge didn’t work. There was no kitchen cloths to clean, no paper towels, and no broom or vacuum. With 6 kidos this was hard. We lacked in garbage cans, wash clothes and towels in certain bathrooms. The main floor furniture and walls were stained. Definitely not representative of a luxury home. All and all, my husband and I were sad to host my 14 kids and grandkids from Canada to what we wanted to be a truly luxurious family vacation for my 60th birthday. I’m going to make sure my next Airbnb rental is an actual homeowner that I can call.

The home was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with some construction being done by the builder that the property management group was not aware of but they handled it promptly and completely. Very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again

The house had an amazing view (as well as the view of the house itself), the location made every best spot accessible, and made the overall trip even better.
