We booked very last minute. From booking to check in was maybe 45 min. Mike was extremely prompt to get us set up and comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again.

We try and visit North Padre Island every year. This is our second year staying in the location and we love it. HEB is a casual 5 minute drive away. We were rained-in for part of our stay and this place was super cozy while we waited it out. The ROKU TVs also made it super-easy for us to veg : )
Host was very responsive, very kind, and very accommodating. Everything was in great condition, perfectly clean, overall a fantastic time!
