This 3 bedroom home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of town where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and breweries. Greet the morning enjoying your coffee in the sunroom as you watch the birds, Merle the Squirrel and chipmunks. The huge private deck, nestled in trees, is a lovely place for enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. Enjoy the flagstone fire pit in the backyard. Get some rest so you can hit the trails refreshed. After a day's adventure, grab a growler and rest your weary bones by the fire pit. Or cuddle up with a good book and hot toddy in the sunroom. Log in to your favorite steaming services for personalized viewing. We do not offer cable TV, however many free applications can be accessed on the TV. If music is your passion, make your own with the acoustic guitar and rhythm instruments. The newly updated kitchen is fully stocked. You will feel like you're cooking at home. The large deck and firepit provide ample space to relax or gather with family and grill out.

Heather (co-host) was very attentive. the internet was not working and she was quick to make it right. The internet company came the very next day at a convenient time. Heather came over to say hi and welcomed us. I highly recommend a stay here.

A wonderfully pleasant stay! I could envision staying here again. Check in was seamless. The interior was very welcoming and homey. Love all of the paintings! Close to the AT, the amenities of this space are wonderful. Fixtures are updated everything you could need in a home is there. The neighborhood is quiet. Access to the backyard is through the back deck. For this with pups there is not a fenced-in yard but your pup will love the neighborhood and new sniffs! Home is pet friendly.
The place was what we expected and more! Super clean, and I mean even the baseboards were spotless. The space was perfect for a family. Well equipped kitchen which is always appreciated!! Outside area is great and kindling was even prepared in the fire pit for us. Lots of thoughtful things throughout the stay; musical instruments, awesome black out shades in each room, puzzle table setup, etc. We will for sure be back! Thanks for letting us stay in this great home in town!

Located in an extremely quiet, beautiful neighborhood, just blocks from downtown Franklin.
Yonder, located just 2 doors down, has live music and local foods. You can pick up a breakfast casserole, lasagne, grass fed beef or local produce. Lazy Hiker Brewery and food truck and Pappa's Pizza are only blocks away. Pickin' on the Square happens every other Saturday night during summer months. Replenish your hiking essentials at 3 Eagles Outfitters or have a brew at Outdoor 76 while getting fitted with your new hiking boots.
Walk, bike, drive your car or Uber. A shuttle is available to the AT.
