Pros: The experience was pleasant overall, and we would stay again. It was a good location, clean, and had many kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable and they had a pack n play and high chair. Cons: Supplies such as toilet paper and trash bags were too minimal considering the number of guests and length of stay. Additionally, the electric garage door wasn't working and required 1 person to hold it open anytime you wanted to exit.

The pictures are accurate and the place is spacious, would be very comfortable for guests, and is a good location for reaching the beach as well as shopping and restaurants and the PCH and freeways. The home surfaces and things like that are clean, but don't look up at the ceiling fans and hvac vents, they are not good. More problematic was that we had 2 maintenance issues that were ignored/not dealt with the entire time, and they basically never even acknowledged and certainly never aplogiized or took responsibility. One of them was that we could not use the parking garage. We know how it works on the peninsula and so paying extra to have parking is critical. But the hosts cared not at all that their garage door system failed. After their 'maintenance' guy determined it was indeed broken, and not just me being too dumb to use a keypad, which was what they were clearlly iimplying when I first reported it, never heard another word. Same with unusable TV in one of the bedrooms.

This place has an excellent floor plan and in an outstanding location. There is a nice front balcony to watch the sunset and a small bedroom balcony to get early morning sun. I really appreciated having a garage to park although very narrow. This place could easily be 5 stars but there are a few issues which can easily be fixed, namely the bathroom sink is clogged and the kitchen faucet is not attached to the countertop. The kitchen is lacking basic kitchen amenities. Only 4 coffee cups, 4 wine glasses, one spatula, one large spoon, hodgepodge of utensils is manageable for one or two people but it would be difficult for larger party. The checkin was frustrating. The entry codes were difficult to find since they are buried past paragraphs warnings of fines for loud noises or parties. I can understand the noise ordinances but please put the entry info first so one can easily find them. Also, they request copies of ID which I find strange. Finally, they didn't respond a few messages.

This was a great stay, very short walk to the beach and all it has to offer. The home is beautiful and spacious. We would definitely stay again!
