My husband and I stayed for over three weeks in Pierre's apartment and loved it! It is a very unique situation being located in a private port with the water and boats being a stones throw away. The converted boat house is perfect for a couple. It was well appointed and Pierre was very responsive to anything that we needed. During the month of April it felt very private and I enjoyed my morning ritual of a walking up on top of the breakwater with a cup of tea and watching the waves come in. An old pier towards the beach made it easy to access the water for swimming which was wonderful on warm days. We mostly used the train (15 minute walk) but there was a bus stop at the top of the driveway. Our rental car stayed parked outside our door most of the time! For a very unique waterfront vacation I highly recommend it!

Pierre‘s place was awesome! super unique amazing view!! the ocean is right there we even went for a swim! parking easy safe close. comfortable bed super nice shower!

Pierre was an amazing host. Very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is a very unique spot located right in a marina with the most beautiful view. It was honestly an AirBnB that you wanted to stay in as much as you could so you could enjoy the relaxing location, beautiful view, and quietness during the day with the sounds of the water and some boats coming in and out. There are bus stops within a few minutes walk, and the train station is about a 15 minute walk away. If you have a car, it would be very convenient as all the hot spots are not far away (Monaco, Eze village, Villefranch-sur-mer, etc.). Beaulieu sur mer is maybe a 20 minute walk away. We are definitely interested in renting Pierre's place again should our travel plans align and the uniqueness of the apartment will likely make it one of the more memorable stays you will ever have. I'd recommend it 100%.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön direkt am Wasser gelegen. Der Ausblick fantastisch. Pierre ist sehr Gastfreundlich und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Hilfe wenn bedarf ist. Vielen Dank für die Tipps. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage an diesem einzigartigem Platz verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
