We enjoyed this beautiful cabin in Arnold. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, easy to locate and get inside. Perfect for a cozy weekend in the woods.

The area is beautiful and near Bear Valley Mountain for skiing. Getting inside with the passcode was easy. The wifi worked well, but there is no AT&T cell service. The house, with the large windows that look out into the forest, is beautiful and cozy. It needs a lot of updating. The cabinetry looks original (1980s). The couches seemed worn and dirty, but they were comfortable. Appliances were very used and dirty. The dishwasher was nice to have, but I was hesitant to use it with all the build up inside. The inside of the fridge had sticky grime on the shelves. All the kitchen knives were dull, but the kitchen was stocked with things we needed, such as a coffee pot (that I did need to thoroughly clean before use). Our bed was comfortable, but the comforter smelled like a person who just showered with Irish Spring soap. The shower liner in the upstairs bath was old, stained, and too low in the tub. There is a leak under the sink, and the extra toilet paper roll was wet.
