Within 5mins walking distance you have bohemian Lark Lane, the magnificent 235 acre, Grade 1 historic Sefton Park, the Palm House and Otterspool promenade. My home is easily accessible to Liverpool city center and is in a perfect position to explore the hidden gems in the South of Liverpool. This warm house maintains many original features. You enter the house via a vestibule into the hall. The bright lounge boosts a bay window and a log burner, perfect for winter nights. The dining room, complete with an original fireplace, leads onto the kitchen. There is kitchenware for cooking and dining, as well as tea, coffee, milk, cereal and sourdough for breakfast and throughout your stay. The cottage door in the kitchen leads to a yard where there are herbs and veg growing. You are more than welcome to use some of these when cooking during your stay. The second double bedroom also has a built in wardrobe and a bedside table. The bathroom is complete with a bath and overhead shower. Towels are supplied for guests.
