It's only 1 block from a beach & 3 blocks from Point Pleasant Beach's famous boardwalk. The view of the lake, complete with swans, cranes & other wild birds is gorgeous. The sunsets are stunning! You can grill every night in the massive backyard by the edge of the lake or take the 15-20 minute walk into downtown which has great restaurants & shops. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The back three bedrooms have direct access to the backyard and beautiful porch area overlooking the lake. The front bedroom holds two bunk beds, one with two single beds and the second with a single bed and a double bed on the bottom. This room also includes a TV and board games -- perfect for a kids room! Head upstairs and you'll be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan that has a great room with a fire place, a gourmet kitchen and dining space. The entire second floor features big windows that have beautiful views of the lake. There are sliding doors that lead you out to a second floor balcony that wraps around the back of the house. The balcony has an outdoor table -- perfect for breakfast and coffee while taking in the water views. The upstairs balcony includes a staircase that leads right downstairs to the backyard. Also on the second floor is the master suite that has direct access to the second floor balcony. The master suite features a fireplace and master bath which includes a beautiful jacuzzi tub, standing shower, his and hers vanity, as well as a walk-in closet. The best part of this room is the sitting area that features three walls of massive windows looking out onto the lake -- perfect to snuggle up for an hour or two of reading. If you head upstairs to the attic, you'll enter our game room complete with a ping pong table, an air hockey table, 65" TV with theater seating and a small home gym. The backyard may be the best part of our home. It features a first floor porch that has access to three of the downstairs bedrooms as well as a large patio. The patio includes a BBQ grill, an open air bar, a dining table, lounge chairs, umbrellas and corn hole to play with friends. There is an exterior beach beyond the fence in the backyard area which is great for children and gives access to a closer view of all of the lake's wild birds. Other amenities include a full size washer/dryer and two dedicated work spaces. Each work space includes a desk and comfortable chair, one is in the kitchen and another is in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The house has a two-car garage that includes beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags and games for you to use during your stay.
