Self contained one bedroom annex, with living room, kitchenette & bathroom within a 10 min walk of Chichester. The theatre is a 5 min walk, Goodwood is a 10 min drive and the coast, harbour & South Downs are within easy reach. The large double bedroom is light & airy and overlooks the pretty courtyard with table & chairs, as does the bright living room. The kitchen is compact but contains a full size oven, two ring hob & fridge. Contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower. The owners are on site but the annex has it's own entrance & is self contained. No additional cleaning fee charged.

The apartment was lovely, with more than enough space and amenities for the Goodwood Revival weekend stay for two of us. Beautiful natural lighting and a great little courtyard for a peaceful morning coffee. Host was also great with communication and response times for any questions we had before and during our stay. Location was only about a 10-15 minute walk to the main town area, so was peaceful and accessible. Chichester was great as always and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

There is a One Stop shop within a 1 minute walk of the property. Chichester Festival Theatre is a 5-10 minute walk and the centre of Chichester is 10-15 minutes walk away.

It’s a short walk to the centre of Chichester and the railway & bus stations. There is ample parking outside the property and on the nearby roads, but a Residents Visitor Permit is required Monday to Saturday between the hours of 10:00-11:00 & 14:00-15:00 ONLY.
