We had a lovely stay in the cabin with our young daughter. Peter the host was very friendly and responsive and provided lots of useful local info. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well furnished, with a nicely equipped kitchen and a particularly spacious bathroom. There were heaters in all rooms but we didn't need to use them that much as space seemed to stay quite warm. It's a great location at the foot of The Blorenge, so you have a good choice of walks without needing to use the car. The Brecon and Monmouth Canal is within walking distance, as is the town centre of Abergavenny. We also discovered that the closest supermarket, Waitrose, was less than 15 minutes walk away. We highly recommend this cabin and would come back to explore the area more.
Great stay for the weekend with our toddler. The bed was comfy, kitchen was well equipped, the place was really clean. We had everything we needed and it was lovely and cosy. It was a shame we didn’t have the best weather as the outside area would’ve been lovely to enjoy. The heaters warmed the place up quickly. We would definitely stay again. And we got sent some local walk recommendations and there’s some lovely walks from here. Little tip if you’re parking - pull the gate out towards the road. We stupidly didn’t think of this when we first went and it was a squeeze to get our car in!
Really enjoyed my visit here, super easy to find, peaceful & lots of nice local walks. Cabin very well equipped, warm & felt right at home.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Cwtch for our 12 year anniversary and Toms 40th. It was a great base for us to explore Wales, particularly the Brecon Beacons. Everything in the cabin was perfect. Lovely spacious layout, large bathroom, very well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bedroom. Very easy self check-in, and Pete was very responsive. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we’d happily visit again and recommend to friends.
