We really enjoyed our stay over New Years and into January. We really don’t use the kitchen often when we vacation but this one is well stocked. Fridge was small but it fit our drinks and leftovers perfectly! The primary bedroom is large and the king bed was perfect. It would be even better with a nice foam mattress topper. We loved the lanai area! Which is huge had had great views. Being on the 3rd level was super convenient when the elevator was a little backed up. This location we felt was the best and walkable/bike-able to restaurants and shops! We will definitely be booking here again! Paul was an amazing host and made sure to answer my questions within minutes!!

Place was exactly as described. Paul is super fast at responding. I had a little trouble locating their storage unit, and he replied instantly and with patience. One key feature to note is they have a beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and sand toys all available at the unit. Apparently not all owners provide this to their guests and this is HUGE selling point of this condo. Otherwise, the place was very clean when we arrived. The oven, microwave, and stove top all worked. The fridge was adequate for what we needed. The condo is very quiet at night so sleeping came easy. They have plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. Drive time to any grocery or restaurants is within 10 minutes. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes with a full wagon. They have full tv, internet, etc if you need that. The balcony is large and easily had plenty of room for our family of four. I highly recommend this condo and Marco Island. The seashells were amazing.

Paul’s place was well equipped for our stay! It was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated! The view from the balcony is amazing! The walk to the beach is a little longer than expected but it is well worth the walk! There were multiple towels and beach towels to use for our stay. This was SO GREAT!! We completely forgot to bring our beach towels! Lol another great thing, We were not aware when we booked the place, but there is laundry service available on the third floor where our room was. This was very handy! Otherwise, the area is private and safe. Unfortunately, the pool closed around 8 pm while we stayed. We like to go for one or two night swims on vacation. But it is no biggie whatsoever! The pool is wonderful when it is open! With the current parking garage construction, parking was not ideal every day, but that’s ok! Overall it was a great time and we truly enjoyed our stay on Marco Island!
