Penthouse with AC in both bedrooms located in friendly urban sector that provides proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, cycle routes, public transportation and an integrated subway system that will take you to the different places of interest of the city, banking areas, El Salado ecological Park where you can enjoy landscapes, viewpoints and rest. Also, just 15 minutes from Parque Lleras ideal for nightlife and 6 min from La buena Mesa street. Apartment is located in a building with double security entrance on the 5th floor with No access to an elevator. Split AC in both bedrooms. Paid parking available around the corner. Also quick access to taxis and buses.

Maria and Diego's place was spotless and spacious. Communication was effortless, making our stay delightful. We loved every moment and highly recommend their Airbnb!
The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms situated on the 5th floor, the views were delightful and the neighborhood was great and people are very friendly with convenient amenities such as a pharmacy next door and a supermarket around the corner. Diego and Mary were excellent hosts, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend their place for anyone visiting the area! The only thing is there is no elevator so you will have to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs, for me it was I didn't mind the exercise.
Great location. Hot water works great. Beds are comfortable. AC in bedrooms work great. Living room has no AC.
A very nice place, very complete, clean. The person who welcomed me was very friendly and was always available if I needed anything. The apartment is very central, located in the Envigado park, easy access to everything (supermarket, public transport, restaurants), it is a very safe place. The only thing if you have a car is sometimes difficult to park, the place has no parking.
