Yohann was an extremely kind and helpful host and the Happy House was as pleasant and accommodating as described! It was wonderful for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom in our group of two adults and three teenagers and we very much appreciated the spacious efficiently stocked kitchen, and the fact that we had a washer/dryer on site was also extremely helpful. Additionally, for those times when we weren't able to dine out at a restaurant, we were very happy with the quality of the grocery stores that were a walkable distance from the apartment. There is also a wonderful bakery just a block and a half around the corner which had delicious bread and pastries. Being so close to the metro was also extremely convenient and the metro was a fantastic way to get around Paris. Yohann's place is a great value and we highly recommend the Happy House for a family or a large group visit to this beautiful city.

Yohann’s place is without a doubt a hidden gem. Every body wants to stay closer to all the tourist spots in Paris and will pass on a place like this. The 12th arrondissement, Bercy, is a surprising neighborhood! It was very peaceful, quiet at nights, and most importantly safe area. From the friendly folk at the bakery and the Chinese food spot by the Dugommier metro station to the folk in the near shops everyone made us feel right at home and part of the neighborhood. The metro station is no more than 5 minutes away for line 6 that will take you everywhere. From Arc de Triomphe and Trocadero (use for Eiffel Tower avoid Bir-Hakeim) on one end to the RER A to Disneyland Paris. The 6 Etoile and Nation will be your best friends and the Boulangerie Marceaux and the Epicerie Market will be your saviors after a long day. Local food all over to a Dominos 4 minutes away walking. This location has it all! Super comfortable in every way. It made us feel like we lived there.

Overall we had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room for all 8 of us. Very quiet area with market, bakeries and coffee shops near by as well as transportation. The host was very responsive and helpful. Host was flexible with check in time which we very much appreciated after a long flight. Very clean space with comfortable beds and furnishings. Excellent experience.
