Fab location and a lovely flat. But it really needs updating, carpets poor, bathroom floor had large gaps between the tiles, the shower was difficult to adjust. Good furniture and well fitted kitchen.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location for accessing everything in Fowey, such a quaint fishing village packed with eateries! The Harbour Hotel next door to the apartment with it's sunny lounge was a great find as, while the apartment has undeniably stunning views from the balcony, it was in shade from early afternoon and the strong winds were too cold to sit out in. Please note: parking space was too narrow for me to park next to the neighbouring apartments car so I was really thankful to be able to park in St Fimbarrus Road a short walk from the apartment, as suggested by Sinead in her welcome pack

Brilliant location for both town and beach. The view from the balcony was picture perfect. We ate all our meals there and stayed up after dark just watching the beauty of the area.

Wir fanden es in der Wohnung mit unseren Kindern ganz toll. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben und wir fühlten uns sofort wie Zuhause. Die Aussicht auf Polruan und den Fluss war genial. Rundum gemütlich.
