Great place to stay in Ocean City, close enough to the boardwalk and beach to walk but on a nice, quiet street. Our family had a great time staying for the week!

Andrew’s place is in a great location easy access to beach , restaurants. A new construction, smaller than expected . Luckily we were only 6 people listing showed availability for 12. Master bedroom and bath were very nice. Only one additional bedroom, had multiple bunk beds to fit in a larger group. Did not provide linens or towels and lacked amenities like soap and shampoos ( small things that matter a lot when traveling from a distance). Had stains on mattresses and pillows. Pathway up to entry was muddy, so tracking mud in to house was a given. Andrew was responsive.

The home was beautiful and had every added amenity to make vacation easy. There is a parking spot that goes with the house which is super helpful as well and lots of parking on the street. It is a little walk to get to the beach so we drove and dropped everything off (because of toddlers) and then parked the car back at the house. There is an abundance of sleeping space and hang out space so it never felt like our large group was on top of each other. Awesome space!

Beautiful home! Wish we had a little more area for the kids to run around outside or something but bedrooms are great for families the house was clean. The walk to the beach is about 15 mins so with kids and beach items it is a little too much for just adults it would be and easy walk and beautiful.

The house was clean, modern and super close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. We especially loved the deck which had a comfortable outdoor couch and a table where we could eat our meals. This was a very comfortable stay for our first time to the shore.
