It was a tremendous stay, we were group of 4 and we easily manage to stay in this stay. Special thanks to Umesh uncle who helped us in everything as well as Jagannath mandir temple visit. Must visit place with such a great heart person.

We had a great experience....Sambit's Father Mr. Umeshji was very welcoming.He took us to the Mandir n explained each n every importance related to the Jagannath Temple...we were very overwhelmed. He also has facilities of Driver n a rental car for the guest..Their place had a homely touch..I would recommend this place to who soever goes to visit The temple of Jagannath.

booked for 4 nights with 3 people me and my mom dad, the amenities were as described, the rooms were very good. but i felt uncomfortable while staying there, Odisha was quite new for me,Now let's get into the facts: Mr Kunthia ask you for their car to take to Chalika Lake and if you say yes,you are into the trap, charged 2200for chilika,the OTDC price1500- 1800 but they charges you bw Rs 4200- 5750 for chilika boating, includes commission of the driver,Don't fall into the trap of gems in Chilika,the whole lobby had already been formed there,Jagannath ji's Mahaprasad: Mr kunthia(panditji) offered for 840/- but Mahaprasad is in rs 100 in temple. So, ending here, I would suggest,take Uber or local conveyance, use google, People there fool tourists a lot. And if reply to ths review is going to hit me by anything then i tell every1, i wrote wht i really gone through there,I left the room clean as per our efforts,One mistake of the day unbuttoning ac while leaving, i really apologize.thanks

Everything was very smooth : Pre checkin conversation, Early checkin request, etc. The owner is connected with Puri Temple and makes the Temple visit as convenient as possible. Highly recommended if Temple visit is your priority. The location is 2km away from main attraction, that's the only drawback. Rest everything was very well organised and we loved every bit of our time and the help we received from the family.

Sambit and his father, Mr. Umesh Kuntia are great hosts. They helped us with the cab booking and other logistics from airport and sight seeing. We faced absolutely no problem reaching the property. We went to Puri during the Holi weekend. The house is beautifully decorated with all modern facilities and equipment. The house was clean, the beds and linen all clean and kept perfectly tidy. The kitchen as well equipped. Toto also available from the road in front, a few yards walking distance. Mr. Kuntia is a great person and made all possible efforts for us to visit the Jaggannath Temple and darshan in spite of the huge crowd for Holi when getting inside the temple was a nightmare. He guarded us from the crowd and performed all necessary Puja, made us visit and see all the other temples inside the premises. He also arranged for the Mahaprasad. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay. We will definitely come back again.
