The apartment is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. It is located in the beautiful, quaint and peaceful neighbourhood at "Krishna Sea Sight". The community is a part of a resort that has a shared swimming pool, parking and 24*7 security. Two adjoining fully furnished One BHK flats as vacation home. The apartment is all your's with no shared spaces with a balcony inviting fresh air and positivity. It is suitable for a family of six. Apartment has: Two bedrooms with super king size beds, an extra mattress provision in each room, AC in both bedrooms, LED TV with Tata sky. Both bedrooms have attached bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and geyser for hot water Separate living area in each flat with five seater sofa, wall mounted fans, an attached balcony with outdoor chairs. We stayed at RG Homes in the summer of 2024 during our visit to Puri. Rahul ji as a host, is a wonderful person. He was well reachable and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We had arrived earlier than the check-in time and Rahul ji was extremely courteous to accommodate us at an alternate acco for that short while. The flat is exactly as listed with nothing missing as promised by the host and extremely neat and clean. It’s just a 10 minutes’ walk from the coast. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable and memorable. Fellow travelers can certainly consider staying at RG Homes and I highly recommend it.
RG Homes provided a delightful experience during our recent stay from 22nd-23rd April. Originally scheduled for the 23rd to 24th, but due to some unavoidable reasons my family has to prepone the trip. Upon asking about it, the date change was accommodated seamlessly by the owner, showcasing their exceptional flexibility and responsiveness. From the outset, communication with the owner was smooth and reassuring, setting a positive tone for the stay. We arrived late at 10:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the caretaker who efficiently guided us through the property. The ambience of RG Homes was inviting and conducive to relaxation. The interior decor exuded warmth and elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property further enhanced the overall experience. The amenities provided exceeded expectations, catering to both convenience and comfort. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Great place to stay with your friends and family. Just a quick thing if you looking for something just beside beach then this is not the one. You need to walk for maximum 10 mins.

The society is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood near Puri light house. Away from the hustle, bustle of the city life. There is a small grocery store just outside the society gate where one can buy daily needs. Within a close proximity there are local supermarkets as well. If you are looking for a place near to Swargadwar market area, or the main Puri beach, this would not be an ideal location.
Autos and Battery operated tuk-tuk available from the main society gate, the guests need to take a short walk to the main gate.
Bike rentals also available to explore the city
Local cab drivers operate near the society to fulfil guests sightseeing requirements.
Transport buses also run in the city. The nearest bus stop is at Puri light house.
