The stay was amazing and the place was great. Amenities were exactly what was mentioned. We had all our privacy. The host was super helpful and amazing. The place is close to the lighthouse beach and it was super easy to find autos from this place, but the number of places nearby are a little less so incase you're looking for street food and shopping, this could be an inconvenience. Throughout my stay, I only felt like there was one minor issue, that was the fact that any food delivery had to be collected from the apartment main gate and the house we were staying at was pretty far from the main gate. But if you're okay with dining at the hotel within the premises, this shouldn't be an issue either. Overall, loved my stay here!

Loved the place. All amenities were present and the room and washroom was very clean. Subrat is a great host who made our stay very good and peaceful.

Subrat is an excellent host. The stay is neat and clean. There are 2-3 restaurants in the complex with good food and reasonable prices. Also, there is home cooked food available on prior intimation. The place is really safe. There are only two disadvantages. First is the location - it's really far from the main market area, though there is a shortcut to go to sea beach (approx 500 mtr). Second, though there is an auto/toto stand just outside the complex, they charge almost double (or more than that) than the normal rate. Because of auto/toto union, the local auto/toto drivers usually don't agree to pick up from the stay. So, you need to either go to the main road for the local auto/toto at a reasonable price (which is approx 5-10 mins walking from the complex) or book an auto/toto at an inflated price from just outside the complex. I personally feel that the place is the best for those who have a personal vehicle.
