Für uns war dieses Reihenendhaus aufgrund seiner Lage ideal; Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, weniger als fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zur Mitte von Plakias und trotzdem ruhig. Auch andere Strände und diverse Schluchten sind von hier optimal zu erreichen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Die Besucher-Parkplätze sind ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt. Parken war nie ein Problem. Die Bedienung der griechischen Waschmaschine war für uns eine Herausforderung. Aber letztendlich haben wir sie immer irgendwie zum Laufen bekommen.

Had a wonderful stay in Plakias. The villa was just as promised and the location was perfect for us. Would love to return again

BnB description decidedly deviant: the apartment is, at most, salable to a couple with two children and the possibility of occasionally hosting a couple in the basement, since: • Out of the three bedrooms declared, only one of the two on the upper floor is habitable, while the other is unusable because there is no wardrobe or places to store clothes (there is only a large empty compartment, used as a closet); the third is actually an “emergency room”: located in the basement, has a tiny window, no light and no air exchange and a "kitchenette" (just a shelf with an electric kettle). • Out of the two bathrooms, the one in the basement is only accessible by passing through the apartment itself, the second, located upstairs, is very tiny, so barely usable by two people, without hooks for towels or clothes, with a tub having a very difficult and dangerous access because of a more than 70 cm high rim. Shortage of electrical sockets, instructions for appliances mainly in Greek, wi-fi does not reach the basement. Apartment well equipped and cleaned, in a quiet location, Supermarket and shops reachable by car Efficient BnB assistance. Low quality/price ratio.

Villa conforme à l’annonce, sans surprise! Le studio est très grand (nous avons ajouté un matelas pneumatique double pour éviter le couchage dans le séjour), 2 autres chambres à l’étage de la villa. La voiture est indispensable pour découvrir les environs (snorkelling, randonnées…)

The flat is gorgious. Enough space, well equipped, really close to the beach and lovely balconies facing the sea. Valia is a comitted host and takes all efforts to make everything as convenient as possible. Highly recommendable!
