Beautiful house in an excellent location by the river. My guests and I loved staying at this home. From cooking in the kitchen, to enjoying the river on the deck, to sitting in the hot tub, this was the perfect Airbnb for Pagosa Springs. Close to the hot springs, we loved staying at this house.

This is an amazing location minutes from Pagosa Springs, peaceful and serene views. Loved the outdoor views from the deck and patio, access to the river, and the multiple bedrooms. Would love to have given this location a 5 star review, but we rent locations with hot tubs because we have one… and the hot tub listed as an amenity was not properly maintained or usable until the end of the second day of our stay. Would love it if all the chemicals and test strips am had been at the home so we could have used the hot tub the entire stay. Otherwise, this is a 5 star location without a doubt. Would stay again.

We had a great stay here for our family ski vacation! Three couples and our little ones fit easily. The bunk beds were a huge plus. The kitchen was large and adequately stocked. Plenty of seating in the dining area, could have used more couches in the living area. The garage was a huge asset for storing our ski gear as well as keeping our cars snow-free during the recent storm. We didn’t even heat it but it stayed warm enough. The trail down to the river was a fun little hike, as well as walking through the quiet neighborhood. The best part was the view from the upstairs deck. We enjoyed several meals out there. There were lots of towels and a huge laundry room. The location is perfect between Pagosa springs and Wolf Creek. Something to note is that one of the king bedrooms is located underneath the master suite, so noises, footsteps, etc were easily heard. The other bedrooms are situated privately. All of the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again!
