Cleanand bigger than we expected! Great location for skiing and going to town/hot springs. We enjoyed playing games in the cozy living room with gas stove. Hope to stay again!

This place was beautiful! It had everything we needed for this stay! Multiple beds and restrooms for a big group. This was in between the mountain and downtown, perfect location! The only thing we ran into was the driveway is steep. One of our cars got stuck and a neighbor pulled him out for $50 - the neighbor also stated a previous stay the week prior had the same issue. I connected with the property team to have someone come by to plow it, they said someone would reach out and no one ever came or called.

Great place to stay! First off, super clean!That’s important to me :) Basically has 3 master set ups with a 4th bedroom and 4th half bath. 4th bedroom is better than what the Airbnb pics show. Has a full futon and twin bed with tv. Great for kids. My favorite was the view from the living/dining/kitchen area and the wrap around porch! Great location right between pagosa downtown and wolf creek. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great house for a great price! Had a few places where it was a little dirty in the bedrooms but barely noticeable compared to all of the other amazing aspects of the house. Highly recommend 4 wheel drive, it’s basically a coin toss as to wether you’ll be able to get out of the driveway if you don’t paired with the icy driveways.

Place was great for our family of 6 and in-laws. They could have cleaned under and around furniture a little better, but otherwise we loved our stay.
