We have had an amazing stay at Kathmandu Mega Appartement, which is perfectly located with many things to do nearby. Thakur was a great and thoughtful host, making us decide to add a few more nights here after traveling around Nepal.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. Be advised, if you're a light sleeper you may have issues with the noise. I was literally sharing a wall with a bar and the music goes on until quite late. this is of course not the hosts fault, but something to be aware of.

courteous staff, good location, good rooms, in the evening nots of music from surrounding venues - not his fault - but this ends around 10pm, morning was quiet, roof top is inviting to sit there even in winter.
