Our family of 5 had a great stay at Lauren’s cabin this winter.

Had a great stay at Lauren’s place! She was very accommodating and let us come out a day early and leave a day early due to weather. Made our travel days much better than they would have been! Her place was great very cozy and spacious for the family and our dog. With the fenced backyard didn’t have any worries just let the dog go. The front and back yards are nice and big plenty of space to enjoy the snow in the winter time. We felt like we didn’t have to go anywhere which was great! The place had all of the necessities especially in the kitchen. Any little thing we needed for cooking was there including seasonings cooking oil etc. There was also much needed coffee grounds and filters. Lauren was great would definitely recommend staying at her place! We will book again in the future would be a great place to stay any time of year especially anyone with a dog!

Lauren's place worked well for us - we were looking for a single floor (or a master bedroom at ground level) and a fenced yard since we travel with 2 senior dogs - one of who is a tripawd and we do not allow then to go up and down the stairs. The place looked exactly like in the pictures and it was very quiet which is a huge plus for me (we did go during a work week). Few things to point out however - the backyard had a ton of dog poop. I hope it was the snow in the weeks prior to us staying that made it difficult to remove. The duvet in the master bedroom and some of the towels had quite a bit of lint and hair - it appeared that the dryer was missing the lint cover. Lastly, the Blue Air in the living room is a nice touch. Unfortunately it appears as if the filter cover has not been changed in a while (and possibly the filter since I own a couple and its a pain to change filter w/o also changing the cover) since it was covered in about an inch of dirt.

There is a reason Lauren is a Superhost and her home is most favored! We arrived and the outside decorative lights were on and making the magnificent icicles twinkle. Absolutely magical! Inside, her home greeted us with an authentic Tahoe cabin ambiance, every square inch had character and style. I can’t say enough about the interior design and amenities. The kitchen had everything and more! Items you would never think of. Best coffee I have had in a long time. The fenced back yard and garage were priceless. It is so clear that Lauren put an incredible amount of thought and energy into providing a top notch experience for her guests. This was my first Air B&B experience and I now fear that nowhere else will compare to Lauren’s house. If you are staying in Tahoe, this is where to stay.

Lauren's place is great! Its location is convenient to Northstar. The house comes with everything and feels cozy. Lauren is easy to communicate with and is a great host. We had a great time!
