A very acceptable budget stay here - if you're looking for sleek and modern accommodation, or anywhere private, this won't be for you as there are no frills or fancies, just a room, bathroom and basic kitchen - but if you need somewhere cheap and with parking that's close to Welwyn centre, this is a good choice. I wouldn't have an issue staying here again. Alex issued clear and helpful instructions and late-night access was easy. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The place was very homely and peaceful. Great Wi-Fi connection and access to kitchen amenities. Alex is a friendly and welcoming host.

Great value room, clean and convenient location only 15 mins from the station. Alex is very nice and welcoming, and he let me use the kitchen which was very helpful!

The place is clean and the host is quite cordial. The only and major problem I faced was with the locks of the front door and bedroom. I think both of them should be inspected and guests should be informed about such issues before hand
