A very unique stay! Loved morning coffee on our dock… a great galley set up for cooking, coffee etc. the bathrooms were super clean and private. Only a few steps from our wine barrel. Hosts were friendly and easy going. Jen suggested a restaurant right across the ‘street’ and it was fantastic as well. Super yummy. Kayaks were available and we took advantage of that. The only small, and I mean small request I would have to improve the accommodations would be a small shelf in the barrel to put my drink on and a reading light :) Close to Montague for supplies if needed, and Charlottetown is about an hour away for a day trip. Really unique and I would recommend !

I truly can’t say enough about this place. It’s amazing. Loved the atmosphere, the location, the hosts and other guest were amazing. I took my 13 year old son and he did not want to leave! Could do a little fishing off the warf. Beautiful beaches near by. I can’t wait to re book and stay longer. Thanks for the amazing time! Just what we needed !

Jen and Cal were wonderful hosts with a lovely setup. The town of Murray Harbour as a whole is a beautiful tranquil fishing town with welcoming locals. Jen and Cals marina was great. They met us with a smile, made us feel like we’re at home, showed us the in’s and out’s and even gave us the background of the location. They offer a fire at night on the patio of their marina and coffee & ginger snap cookies in the same location in the morning. We stayed in the Cabernet Wine Barrel and it offered a nice patio with a bar and chairs, a twin size bed and a little tv with a dvd player and dvd’s. We would recommend to any couple looking for a peaceful, wholesome get away.
