We had a great time staying at Juliana‘s place! Especially the kitchen was really well equipped, but also the bathrooms. She even provided beach supplies and some snacks for check-in. The response time was usually always under 10 minutes & the house is in a beautiful location and I can’t wait to stay there again!

This is our family’s 3rd stay at Juliana’s place and we are hoping for many more. San Diego is hard to beat, but this place is perfect. Ensconced in a beautiful hillside with gorgeous front yards and homes. There are beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, especially from the top floor master bedroom. The apartment is large and sunny with floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom and den. It’s just a 5 minute drive to wonderful coastal hikes in beautiful Torrey Pines State park. Juliana is a wonderful host as well. There were items in the fridge for the morning after we arrived and the kitchen has all you need if you want to cook your own meals.

Our family of four (two boys 13 and 11) greatly enjoyed our weeklong stay. The home is exactly as pictured. The view is spectacular. We had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, pillows and linens, and space for everyone to spread out. There are tons of guidebooks and pamphlets to peruse if you need ideas of things to do. There is a coffee shop and a few restaurants a half mile walk away. The beach is within walking distance, and the sunsets are stunning. There were boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrellas to use. The three beds were all very comfortable. The night breeze is cool and refreshing. The water pressure is remarkable, and there’s a drinking water filter in the kitchen sink. This home is better suited for older children - there are many beautiful, heavy and breakable pieces of art and antique furnishings throughout the home. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. A+++++ hosts!

The views were amazing. Better than pictured. The location was awesome so convenient to everything in Del Mar and Diego. Juliana could not have been a better host and could not have better prepared for our arrival. It seems she thought of everything it was very welcoming comfortable and we really felt like we were sharing someone’s home while having the privacy of our own place. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and wish we had been able to stay longer. We plan to be back!
