Singlehandedly the worst BNB we've ever stayed on. Check-in process: The photos that we booked was totally different from the one they were offering when we arrived. Photos AND DESCRIPTION doesn't match what was given to us and i had to argue with the staff telling her that it wasn't i booked. We ended up being offered a slightly bigger room (STILL NOT WHAT WE BOOKED) Room: We booked for AN apartment with 2 rooms and a living area but was told that it's not what we paid for. And that all the apartments were fully booked. We ended up in a slightly large room for 16 without rooms whatsoever Bed: Beds were bunk beds super thin mattresses with frames not in standard sizes. Im 5'8 and i had to sleep diagonally because the beds were too short. PILLOWS are not pillows at all. They were random cushion cuttings stuffed inside a pillow case. Having to tag along my parents (seniors) i regret even agreeing to sleep in the bed since it caused them extreme back and neck pain. Cleanliness: We asked the BOY who handed over our keys if the room was clean he said yes 3 times. We asked if the sheets were changed and he said yes BUT TO OUR SURPRISE they werent. They handed us blankets and 2 out of the 7 WERE TABLE RUNNERS / COVERS. BED and sheets were clearly not new. We had to use our jackets to sleep through the night. STAFF: TERRIBLE. no reliable staff to help you around. KIDS were basically running the place. they have kids literally NAKATAMBAY around the premises and they're the ones who provide you with stuff. PLACE: had to give 2 stars because of proximity to the heritage area but the place is sketch as sketch can be. STRONGLY DISCOURAGE people from checking in not unless you tremendously manage your expectations. TO BE completely fair, writting this review FOR the room that was given to us and not the one we booked. maybe it's because it's a different room hence different experience? maybe it's because it was holy week. Nonetheless this has got to be the worst BNB experience we've ever had.

Good value. Rooms can easily accommodate a large group.

Nice place but needs improvement on cleanliness.. Bring towels and pillows if you want comfort of your own.

This is our second stay here. The room we got was bigger this time and fits 8 people. They have aircon rooms, an outside common area and a huge parking lot so parking is not a problem. They also serve breakfast. Tip: Waze will not give you accurate directions though, so I suggest asking for directions once Waze tells you you’ve reached your destination. The real destnation is still a few meters away.

Buendalin's place is clean and organized. Also, the compound is secure and the attendants are courteous. There is cafeteria in the compound so you don't need to go out particularly during breakfast. It may not be in the center of vigan but it still within accessible distance. Thank you for hosting us during our stay in Vigan.
