We had a very pleasant stay at Julie's place. it was easy to find, easy to check in and out, and was a very comfortable stay for me, my wife, and my doggos. It was also very conveniently located near downtown. It was a very short walk and very convenient. We had all the amenities we needed and we had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again!

The stay was perfect and met our needs. The host was very responsive to any request we needed. I would recommend the stay as the location is close to all downtown Roseville activities.

Julie was a great host. She was incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond when we needed some extra items for the kitchen. Linens and bedrooms were clean. House looked newly renovated. Location was generally safe feeling, nestled in residential and across from a park. She accurately described the park as having some drifters occasionally. We observed that, but didn’t feel unsettled or uncomfortable in our space. Thank you Julie

Below is the message we sent to the host concerning safety issues: Good morning, Due to our concern about the safety of the house while my husband is away at work 14 hours a day, we have made the decision to move out. Others issues exist as well concerning long-term stay at your home however, the primary one is safety. There was no way for us to know the issues that exist in this area without being here. We reserved the home with the understanding that the environment is safe enough for us to “walk to downtown”. Yes, we could walk there. However, we would pass approximately 50 to 100 homeless people, most of whom are drug addicts. Within 50 yards of our front door in the park we can sit and watch homeless drug addicts walk around high on their drugs. All it would take is for one of them to profile me over time and I would be at high risk for assault. There was more to the conversation, but not enough room to put it here. Host refused to reconcile, despite knowing the safety issue

The place was well renovated. The floors were clean. The bathrooms were super clean. The door lock worked well. We only needed a code and no key which is nice. The heater kept the place warm. The stairs were a bit steep up to the two upstairs bedrooms. There’s no upstairs bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough. The approach to the driveway is steep so I parked on the street so as to not scrape the front of my car. The WiFi got up to around 8 Mbps - fast enough. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and I’d stay there again.
