Josh’s place suited all our needs. We had a big party of 14 coming down for Memorial Day weekend and it housed all of us comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and it’s only a short drive to a public beach access. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay for our annual sister’s trip to Santa Rosa Beach! Home was warm, inviting and nicely decorated. Josh was so responsive with any and every question! Morning coffee in the private backyard and working a puzzle on a stormy night we’re some of our favs. Bring extra blankets, beach towels and any amenities you want to have.

This is an impressive and beautiful home! We loved how clean inviting the space is. Josh was very responsive, helpful, and proactive from our initial booking and throughout our stay. We were a short drive to restaurants, stores, and the beach. The home was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We plan to book again once the pool is installed! Great host and awesome home!

My husband and I (with our two dachshunds) enjoyed a wonderful week here! Our favorite part was the beautiful and private backyard patio setting with a fire pit and hot tub (yet a pool is coming soon). The home description and details are accurate, the home was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is great for ease to Santa Rosa restaurants, stores (Walmart & Publix), Grayton Beach, two state parks, and Destin. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals in-house, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. It was really nice to only dine out once daily. The front of the home does sit on a busy street, so just be aware of the noise factor due to bedrooms being on the front of the house. We travel with sound machine for sleep, so it wasn't a bother to us. Also, there are no sidewalks to walk the dogs, but a side road behind the house worked just fine for that. Bring extra blankets, throws, etc. if you like to snuggle up. Josh was an awesome host... we highly recommend this place!
