Charming unit which was a quiet retreat in an urban location. Great restaurants/coffee shop literally outside the front door. Alley location is a bit unusual, but it’s a bit like a public square.

Our stay at Patrick & Alfredo's Historic two-story in DC was amazing! The location was super convenient for exploring the city, with fantastic nearby restaurants. The accommodations were cozy and clean, and the hosts were friendly, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this cool place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in DC. This is a clean, comfortable home in a perfect location. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants in a very safe neighborhood. It's also a short walk to DC's convenient metro system. The carriage house is exactly like the photos and the hosts' check-in instructions were clear. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Patrick and Alfredo’s listing is about as perfect as it gets for us! It is truly just as they describe it in their listing. It is convenient to public transportation, many restaurants and we felt very safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed having such a welcoming place to come “home” to after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We try to come to the area every couple of years and hope to stay here again in the future.

The stay and Patrick's and Alfredo's place was amazing! The area is phenomenal (love the alley that it is in with a lot to do right there), the unit was very accommodating and had everything you need, and they were very communicative. Will stay again for sure!
