This was our second year staying at Beach Please and it’s hard to believe this year was even better than last. I had a great conversation with Ann Marie, she gave us awesome recommendations for food. We really felt even more at home than we did last year and I hope this will be our permanent vacation spot ❤️

Pros: Nice place, generally Large and spacious with plenty of deck space Private neighborhood and close to ocean Cons: The beds are very lumpy and uncomfortable The beach access for the house is not private, it's shared with the entire division and right beside your deck (not private, foot traffic for 16 + hours a day) Some doors don't lock or close on the inside

Home was beautiful with great views. Walk away easy to get to the beach. No steps to get on and off the beach. Plenty of room for our family to spread out great that it has two master suites we could not say enough about how much we enjoyed this listing and will possibly use it again in the future

I’ve been vacationing in EI for 30 years. We’re trying to find our forever vacation rental. Ann Marie was quick to respond and very helpful. The house was lovely with PLENTY of room for a family of 7 and beautiful amenities. It was the first vacation I’ve ever taken where I was able to decompress on day one. The weather couldn’t have been better! Sunny days and calm water the entire week. We LOVED IT! The only downside and it’s not Ann Marie’s fault, but be prepared for a crowded beach. It’s the only entrance for Spinnaker’s Reach and everyone sets up their umbrella’s around 7ish. As long as that doesn’t bother you, you’re in great shape. Pool right across the street and tons of deer in the a.m. and dusk. It was beautiful. Don’t miss the foot bridge with the most turtles I’ve ever seen! Pack dog food or bread. My granddaughter had a field day! Thank you so much Ann Marie for sharing your home with us.
