The fish are already running and you can take advantage of fishing from the backyard or when you drop your boat in right in front of the house on one of the two boat lifts. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath centrally-located home in Cedar Point, NC. This freshly renovated short-term/vacation rental provides everything you need to experience the Crystal Coast like a local, priv Coastal decor and accents will make your family feel at home on the Crystal Coast. This vacation-ready home has everything you need to enjoy boating life, fishing, a fiery sunset, family game night, cook a family favorite recipe or just relax and view sailboats and the occasional dolphin pod as they glide by ~1400 Sq Ft the home features all living space, bedrooms, and wide waterfront deck on the main floor. There are stairs to reach the main living area on both the roadside and waterfront side of the house. Home Amenities: Flat-screen TV's, 2 waterview porches with partial cover, outdoor dining area, ground floor game room with mini-fridge (no AC/Heat). Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishware, flatware, basic cooking utensils General: Central A/C & heating, full washer/dryer, linens and towels with beds made upon arrival, starter pack of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags Parking: Ample parking for up to 6 cars or 4 trucks and a boat trailer. Pets: Allowed with a $250 fee.

I ended up not making this trip so didn't stay here. AirBNB keeps asking for a review but I don't have one.
My friends and I loved this house for our New Years Getaway. It had the most beautiful view. There were tons of games provided for us to play. My dogs had a great time running around the yard and jumping off the dock. They even became friends with the neighbors dog.
Jamie was fantastic with communication. The lock on the door was a bit loose and it's not working properly, but once we got the 'trick' we were able to manage. We had a few issues that she tried to resolve and It seems as though if the house was inspected or cleaned a day or two prior to our arrival these issues would have been resolved before we found them. 1. The drain in the bathroom and some build up making the shower unusable for the first day. 2. Upon arrival the outdoor space was scattered with a lighter in the middle of the staircase, the outdoor rug blown to the side and cushions all over the deck. I believe there was a wind storm a few days earlier. 3. There was a smell in the house when we arrived. Once the windows were open for a day, the smell went away. 4. I would consider bringing your own towels because the towels they provide are super small. Overall, Jamie was great, and I would recommended the home, but I would also hope that these suggestions help.
Great stay would highly recommend
A great place close to everything on the Crystal Coast! Steps to Swansboro, Emerald Isle is a quick drive. Great restaurants and night life nearby. The boat ramp drama was great outdoor entertainment and the deck has amazing sunset views and dolphin watching. Fishing and crabbing from the dock was fun. House was stocked with almost everything you need and plenty of space for our family. It js on the main highway, but from the back deck you really don’t notice the traffic noise. Would definitely stay again!

The home is located on the main thoroughfare, HWY 24 where the speed limit is 35MPH, and next door to a public boat ramp that attracts many visitors throughout the day. The back yard on the water is not fenced, so guests are asked to never leave children and pets unsupervised at any time.
Downtown Swansboro - 1 Mile - Shopping, restaurants, unique boutiques and gift shops.
Swansboro Walmart - 2 miles - Also gas station, car wash, and pharmacy.
Cedar Point - 1- 2 - Miles 2 open-air markets (1 with organic food store), 2 fresh produce stands, family friendly entertainment at 34 North, Neuse Sport Shop, Dunkin'
Cape Carteret - 3 Miles - Starbucks, 2 pharmacies, Lowes Grocery Store, Gas stations, Mac Daddy's & Golfin Dolphin entertainment complex and restaurant (save that for a rainy day with the kids and bring cash!), or explore the ropes course or putt putt when you have an hour before dinner.
Emerald Isle - 4 Miles, expect traffic on summer weekends and holidays. beach, Salty Pirate Waterpark, putt putt, ice cream shops, local coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, night life
