The host is very warm and friendly. The house was very clean. The cook knows only a limited number of dishes but whatever food she prepared was tasty. The pool was clean.

felt like home. de stressed in the peace of the home. property was bigger than expected. very spacious rooms. clean and well maintained. seperate room provided for driver without any extra cost. food was very well arranged by jahanafrin mam at a very reasonable cost. everything was cooked in front of our eyes with quality ingredients. the host was very friendly and very helpful and guided us to make the best out of our 2 days visit. heart felt thanks to her effort and her warmth and really appreciate her passion towards hospitality.

Right from the time that the booking was confirmed, Mrs Jahanafrin ensured that we were totally at ease regarding everything so that even before we reached Panchgani we had a welcoming and at-home feeling. on reaching the place, we were enamoured by the surroundings, the views and the spaciousness of the entire bungalow. There was ample place for everyone to be together to enjoy and also enough space for each person to enjoy their own privacy. The views from the deck and the bedrooms on the top floor was absolutely spectacular.The food prepared by the cook Ujwala was simply awesome. All in all, we had one of the best stays and memorable trips at The Cottage, Panchgani due to the personalised touch of the host. The valuable inputs that she gave us also helped us in making the most of our 3 day trip. In other words, Mrs Jahanafrin is a host par excellence and we never felt that we were guest, we felt absolutely at home and welcomed throughout the stay.

Simply "Waaoo"..... Very neat and clean rooms and bathrooms, courteous support staff, delicious home style food veg and non veg both and with a beautiful smile on Tai's face while cooking food revealed the secret recipe.."love"...you can't go wrong if someone does a tadka of it. View is great.. enjoy sunrise from the balcony ( don't miss it) ...lazy afternoon sunbath with kids in swimming pool.. evening bonfire setup back in balcony..music and barbecue. Cottage has beautiful old style furniture ( there is a story for each piece) sit inside and spend cozzy time with family. The credit of all this goes to a young sweet beautiful lady with some grey hair 😉 charismatic personality, caring and full of energy....Afreen aunty! Thank you so much for the love, care and hospitality...and your inspiring stories. We highly recommend this place !

we went to panchgani for a family trip. i dont have much to say about panchgani but we had a wonderful time at afrin aunty's place. she is a gem of a person, communicates well , always available, wonderful host , takes care well and treats you like her own children. she guides well for local sight seeing and we look forward to meeting her again some day !
