We loved our stay at Evan’s place! A group of us were in town for a wedding at Mountain Top resort and this was the perfect location (literally a 1 min drive or 10 min walk to the main lobby)! Gorgeous views and very cute and cozy home. Appreciated Evan’s timely responses and flexibility as well. Would definitely come back for a group weekend getaway!

Evan was a wonderful host - very communicative, flexible in our need for an early arrival time, and helpful instructions about the house. It was so great that the house was dog friendly - our dogs had the best time exploring the backyard and walking the nearby area. Highly-recommend!

The views were amazing! Evan was extremely responsive to text messages, great check in and check out instructions. The home was spotless and more than we expected.

Thanks for hosting. it was close to the mountain top resort, and a beautiful view from the home! we could easily walk through to the location, he did allow an early check-in for a small nominal fee, which was much appreciated! I do want to call out that there are some extensive check-out instructions, including loading dishes, aggregating trash in the home, pulling the sheets from the used beds, aggregating the towels, clearing out the fridge, and doing a full cycle of laundry before departure.

The house was very homey and conveniently located to attend a wedding at the Mountain Top Inn. We had a great time and received prompt, friendly communications from Evan when we needed to discuss anything relating to the stay. The house has beautiful views and comfortable beds. It was well-suited to our needs.
