Property was as advertised and exactly what I expected. The location is fantastic for seeing all of Boston and all within walking distance.

The place is on the 5th floor with narrow stair to climb. To stay here, make sure you're physically fit. There are several edges inside the apartment from furnitures to avoid. Need to be careful to avoid bruise on your knee/shin :( Location is great.

We really enjoyed our stay! Jay's place was very clean and quiet. Perfect for us (two parents and a 14-yr-old). In addition, Jay was very quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay.

Going up the narrow staircase to reach the 5th floor was a bit exhausting especially after a long flight and with luggage, but overall it’s a great location in North End and the space was clean and cozy! Lots of great restaurants nearby and just a walk to get downtown. I also appreciate how prompt Jay was in responding to me when I had a concern during my stay.
