Love the place, and will totally come back next time I’m in Santa Barbara! The actual space was beautiful, well decorated, clean, and exactly what I needed. Brett was very responsive when they were issues and super friendly. Loved it!

Starting with the positive, the location is good, the parking and enclosed patio are great, and dog friendly. Brett was very responsive before and during our stay. However we had some challenges with the apartment. It lacked a dresser, which is difficult for a week long stay. This could easily be remedied. The shared washer/dryer is adjacent to the bedroom, and we were kept awake one night by another guest doing laundry at 1am. This too could be "fixed" by preventing use of the machines after say 10pm, which seems reasonable. The apartment was not well stocked with paper towels, TP, hand towels, etc. When we informed Brett, he came over with supplies, which we appreciated, but felt bad having to ask. The crank windows in the living room don't work properly, and there was no screen on the bedroom slider so we couldn't have it open for long. These are all fixable problems, but they started to add up. With some minor improvements, this could be a much better stay for future guests.

Could not be happier with our stay. The home was private, all the amenities you need to feel at home and the work spaces are ideal for a WFH situation. A dedicated parking spot is great, but realistically you can be downtown with a 10 minute walk. Brett was also very kind, personable and made sure we felt welcomed. 10/10 stay there again.

This was a spacious, nicely appointed 1 bedroom apartment. The bathroom was the only space that felt tight but the finishes were very good. Brett was friendly and responsive when we had questions, but there really weren’t any problems or issues with this place. The bed was big and comfortable and the large, HD flat screen TV was excellent. The closet space was plentiful. And the free private parking in the back of the building is also a real advantage. We booked Brett’s apartment twice during the past 4 months (our experience the first time proved it was worth returning) as we were in between homes while waiting for the renovation of our own home to be completed.

Nicely renovated and very comfortable. Convenient location near downtown. We already booked the same place for another stay.
