The view across the Bay with the Islands from the seats on the veranda is amazing. We had a wonderful view of the Northern Lights. It's very cosy and comfortable inside.

Myself and my dog loved our stay at The Wee Housie. Such a beautiful location overlooking the sea and a sort walk down to the beach. Jenny is a lovely friendly host and made me and my dog very welcome even getting treats for her.

What a Fabulous, Quirky, place to stay! The Wee Housie sits right on the coast with amazing views across Talmine Bay to the sea. It has been very well planned to utilise the space available; is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need, including tea, coffee milk etc. Also, there are some hiking trail booklets/guides available to help navigate/explore the fantastic scenery all around. Jenny is a kind, warm, very approachable lady, she made us very welcome the moment we arrived, showed us where everything was and how it worked, told us about places to eat, the local shop (which is very well stocked) and the fantastic trails to walk. We could have chatted all day!! Thank you Andy for sorting the T.V! We loved every minute of our stay here and didn't want to leave, wish we could have stayed longer! This is a great place to stay for exploring the north coast, we highly recommend a stay at The Wee Housie, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Jenny & Andy, we will be back.

Absolutely amazing stay! The photos do not do this place justice, it’s so clean, tidy, smelt incredible, very bright and is in the most beautiful location with amazing views which is very relaxing and quiet. The pull out bed is so comfy, the space itself is more spacious than the photos look and myself, my partner and our 18 month old lab Buddy (who loved Jenny and her treat pocket!!), had more than enough space! Jenny is super approachable and friendly/welcoming and massively helped us out with providing some butter and oil as we forgot to pick some up! We had the best stay and would 100% recommend the wee housie to anyone! Perfect place for our nightly stop off the NC500 road trip. Thank you Jenny for such an amazing stay :)

Gorgeous place to stay right on the beach! There is a small shop for your daily needs close to the house and the little restaurant in Tongue has amazing food!
