This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers a 2-story floor plan that allows separation between the living space and the bedrooms. This condo features an updated kitchen with full-size appliances and granite countertops along with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The living room has a sectional sofa and a 43″ flat-screen TV. Just off the living room is a full bathroom with a shower. The back patio has been extended as well as screened in providing you with a beautiful outdoor private living space. It features 2 great lounge chairs and a coffee table. You will also find the in-suite laundry on the patio. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a renovated full bathroom with a seamless glass shower door, new tiles, new sink, toilet, cabinetry and granite counter. The master has a great balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area and features a King bed and a built-in closet. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and double closet.

Clean place and in a nice complex of other condos. Have to walk 10 min to get to the main downtown strip with bars and restaurants or rent a golf cart.
We (4 adults) stayed here February 2023. Our host Jennifer was quick to respond in a friendly way while planning our trip and also while we were in Costa Rica. The accommodations were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything suited our needs. The complex had many fellow Canadians during this time who were friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the beach and a manageable walk to the main strip where there's plenty of good restaurants for drinking and dining. We did a few day trips and a lot of sightseeing but the time at the condo was relaxing and quiet. The pool is literally a few steps from the front door where we enjoyed soaking up the sun. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.
This place was so comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The beds and sofa are comfortable and the complex was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Flamenco Rosa B is the second development from the beach, making this an A+ for walk-score. It has a shared pool, covered rancho, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking. This complex is just a 1-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.
Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Daniel Oduber Quirós international airport in Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!
