Welcome to Plott Balsam View in Sylva, NC! Plott Balsam View is a bright chalet-style cabin with fabulous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, conveniently located within a short drive of many desirable area destinations. The cabin features a great room with cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows, gas fireplace, two decks, a fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, hot tub, fire pit, and a books and games cabinet. PBV has a view without the tough drive - no four wheel drive needed. Plott Balsam View comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, and one bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is outfitted with a drip coffee maker, french press, coffee grinder, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, and electric stove. All essential cook and bakeware is provided, some basic spices and olive oil, as well as coffee and tea to get you started. A gas grill is available for grilling out on the porch, just steps away from the indoor or outdoor dining areas. Outside, you can enjoy the mountain views from the rocking chairs and the 6-seat dining table on the front porch, relax in the hot tub or in the seating area on the side porch. A fire pit and plastic adirondack chairs are situated on the side lawn. A television with Roku, wifi, washer / dryer, linens and towels, hairdryer, and iron / ironing board are all provided. Baby gates, a pack and play, and a booster-style high chair are available upon request!
